Honeywell Sr Account Manager in Tokyo, Japan
As a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts within the Industrial Automation sector in Japan. You will leverage your expertise to build strong customer relationships, understand their business needs, and deliver innovative solutions that drive mutual success and revenue growth.
You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Japan location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s market presence and customer satisfaction in Japan by driving strategic account management initiatives and expanding business opportunities within the Industrial Automation industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop strategic relationships with key accounts in the Industrial Automation sector in Japan.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Honeywell’s product and service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
Drive revenue growth by developing and executing account plans and strategies.
Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle to closure.
YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience in account management or sales within the Industrial Automation or related technology sectors.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and sales strategies.
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth.
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in Industrial Automation.
Strong business acumen and understanding of the Japanese market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural, global environment.
