What You'll Do for Us: Support Agency Operations management and engagement processes Support consistent and continuous tracking of performance of agencies we are partnering with (WPP, Strategic and Boutique roaster) organizing project based robust assessment with KO & Agency project team and project output receivers go ensure ongoing feedback loop and improvement recommendation. Support tracking, validating and reconciliation of type and volume of work with WPP, and other agencies of record (Strategic, Boutique Roaster) and in coordination and collaboration with KO Studio X lead, Caps and Ops Operations Director and Procurement Lead. Support marketing procurement & MAP Tool (PS, FTP, PE and more) Support stewarding of enhanced efficiency measures (e.g. via agency fee structures & other measures) Partner with platform services to develop a platform with real time information/credentials/ROI of our global agency roaster (supported by tech) with our own proprietary assessments of their skills and individual talents) and then we will be managing it dynamically Be involved in projects beyond strict scope of the role to deliver the broader agenda of the Marketing transformation and Marketing Operations & Capabilities team. Build relationships with the other Marketing teams across our Network including central and local level and build connections and ways of working with OU Category, Integrated Marketing Experiences, FLA and Commercial teams. Be the role model in implementing the new ways of working withing and beyond the OU. Act as a change agent of marketing transformation, able to transform Marketing by bridging the future and the present, flexibility and discipline, processes and iteration, global and regional, central and local.
