Job Description Summary
Drive Alcohol brands business growth through strategy and execution planning to build brand equity and deliver short and mid/long-term growth targets .
Drive Alcohol brands' initiatives such as new product development, IMX development, and business assessment.
Develop consumer-centric innovation pipeline for long-term growth and brand equity building with leading cross functional team members.
What You'll Do for Us:
Manage Alcohol business performance including periodic tracking and course correction recommendations.
Develop Alcohol brands growth strategies through LRP and ABP processes.
Develop brand annual business plans, including end-to-end strategy development, product & pack launches, and content for consumers and shoppers.
Develop a 3-year innovation pipeline with timely alignment with key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
12-15 years of senior leadership experience in category/brand management or marketing, ideally within FMCG or beverage/consumer goods sectors.
Commitment to the brand and business
Brand enhancement & consumer-centric thinking and strategic planning capabilities
Human centricity, open-mindedness for new challenges and new ways of working
Business financial understanding (NSR, GP, MP, marketing-related expenditures, CAPEX) and complex market/human-based data comprehension
