Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working in roles which engage with external or internal stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, marketing, public relations/communications, sales, data analytics, or a related field.
Experience with problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and stakeholder management.
Experience in tech, media, telco, or a related industry.
Understanding of Google's products and the wider technology industry.
Ability to work well in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
About the job
The gReach Program is a paid 12 months upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.
As a Marketing Manager, you will support the analysis and execution for key marketing projects/areas. You will take on broad-reaching and ambiguous questions while working collaboratively and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities
Work with and support product marketing managers in the priority project/product area to establish marketing’s priorities and conduct data-driven business analytics to develop recommendations on strategy and execution plan.
Execute a marketing initiative for a key priority area.
Identify and develop marketing operations processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
