Thank you for your interest in working at Bell! This position is an individual contributor position responsible for sales of helicopter parts used on & in support of Bell Textron owned & operated by governments including the ministry of defense and commercial customers in Japan.
The position involves CSF support in Japan, provide update information of Japanese CSF and AFS to Fort Worth counterparts. The position is based in Ebisu (Tokyo).
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing customer accounts assigned to meet/exceed Spares & CRO AOP.
Support Finance Department to follow-up on account receivable.
Liaison with Airworthiness & Global Compliance personnel to support the needs of both the Japanese Ministry of Defense and civil customers and proceed professional process as perceived by the external customers.
Communicate/interact with Global Bell Aftermarket Teams and personnel to ensure to utilize the most of Bell's available resources to support Japanese customers.
Understand and proceed required skills and knowledge of CSS OAs to enhance productive process of the work process.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in helicopter spare parts sales in JMOD and / or aerospace industry.
Conversant in MS office, drive for results, negotiating skills.
Japanese and English language fluency.
Has prior experiences in leading a team is preferred.
