Business Profile
HDMJ is a part of HDMS those who is a JV of Qnity/RESONAC and leading liquid polymer coating materials market for semi-conductor at High Performance Computing, AI, etc.
Job Description
To lead HDMJ's HR/GA team(one member is at Shinjuku HQ, the other is at Hitachi site) by locating either Shinjuku or Hitachi(The applicant can choose prefered location)
To manage HDMJ employees at both sites (around 20 people in Shinjuku and 120 people in Hitachi) through HR/GA tasks(*) as a Playing Manager and leading team members at both sites.
Frequent communication to Parent companys' HR is expected due to the employees of HDMJ which consists of RESONAC's / Qnity's and HDMJ's proper employees.(*) "Hiring" "Evaluation" " Talent Development" "Corporate Regulation" "Attendance" "Health" "Welfare" and "General Affairs"
Qualification
Experienced in HR/GA field at the previous career
To act a playing manager through HR/GA experience and expertise in addition to team management
Mobility to go to the other site as one day trip (i.e. Once a week Shinjuku -> Hitachi)
Basic level of English (read/write)
