グランドクラブマネージャーのサポート

チェックイン、チェックアウト、コンシェルジュ業務等キャッシャー業務のサポート

メール、電話対応

ROOMコントロール

クレーム対応

Overall management of the Grand Club operations

Providing support to the Grand Club Manager

Assisting with front-office tasks including check-in, check-out, concierge services, and cashier duties

Handling email and telephone correspondence

Room control and allocation management

Responding to and resolving guest complaints

Qualifications:

チームワーク、協調性・コミュニケーション能力のある方

ビジネスレベルの英語力

PCスキル(エクセル/ワード等)

部下へのトレーニング、指導

Teamwork, cooperativeness and communication skills 

Business level of English

Basic PC skills (Excel, Word etc.)

Training and coaching subordinates
