＜ポジション名＞ Customer Service (CRM @ Tokyo)

弊社の不整脈・心不全に対する植込み型医療機器をご使用いただいている患者さんの中には、日常生活における不安や疑問を抱えている方もいらっしゃいます。弊社では、植え込んだ後も継続的にサポートを行うことが大切だと考えており、患者さんが安心して日常生活を送ることで、QOL（生活の質）の一層の向上につながるよう努めています。
本業務では、電話（受電・架電対応）を通じて、患者さんの立場に立ち、寄り添う気持ちで質問や疑問にお応えしていきます。
主な業務内容
- 受電・架電業務
患者さんやそのご家族などから寄せられる問合せに対してのコール対応業務が中心となります。
日常生活における電磁干渉に関するご不安についても、患者さんが安心して日常生活を送れるよう、丁寧で分かりやすい説明を行っていただきます。
また、植込み型医療機器のデータを医療機関へ送信する機器（遠隔モニタリング）の設置と使用方法、トラブルシューティングなどの問い合わせに対してご対応いただきます。

カーディアックリズムマネジメント (CRM)は、メドトロニックの起源である心臓植込み型ペースメーカをはじめ、植込み型除細動器等、心臓植込み型デバイスを扱っている部署です。メドトロニックは本分野のPioneerであり、現在もトップメーカーとして医療に貢献しています。

Job Experience
社会人経験3年以上
顧客対応経験：営業、販売、接客、受付など、対人コミュニケーションを通じて顧客の課題解決や不満解消にあたった経験
Skill / Knowledge
- PCスキル(Microsoft Office: Excel, Word)
Competency
マルチタスク能力と情報処理スキルがある方
コミュニケーション能力とチーム内での情報共有が丁寧にできる方
