POSITION SUMMARY
・セールスおよびイベント部門をサポートするための一般的な事務業務全般
・セールスプロセス全体における各種資料作成
（提案書、契約書、バンケット・イベント・オーダー等）
・イベント設営業務
・社内外に向けたブランドイメージの認知・浸透の促進
・パンフレットや販促物などの資料収集および情報パッケージの作成
・既存顧客との良好な関係を維持しながら、収益最大化を目指したセールステクニックの活用
・セールス関連システムへのデータ入力・確認・照合・管理
（コミッション、リード、第三者情報等）
・施設・サービスに関するゲストからの問い合わせ対応
（営業時間、料金、パッケージ、プロモーション、レストラン、イベント等）
・クライアントの窓口として、電話およびメールによる問い合わせ・要望対応
・関係部署と連携し、スムーズな営業活動およびイベント運営をサポート

Work Location: Bulgari Tokyo Ginza Bar & Dolci
Department: Event & Sales team
Position: Event coordinator
Working Hours: Shift-based, 8 hours per day + 60-minute break
Days Off: 8–10 days per month (115 days annually)
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
Probation Period: 3 months
Expected Salary: JPY 400,000–500,000/month (determined based on experience and expectation)
Bonus: Equivalent to 4 months (paid semi-annually in June and December)

Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience
Japanese (Native or equivalent level)
