職務概要
Event Supervisorとして、イベントおよび関連するセールス業務が円滑に進むよう、日常的な事務・オペレーション業務をサポートしていただきます。
お客様対応から社内調整まで、イベント運営を支える重要なポジションであり、ラグジュアリーブランドとしての高いサービス基準を理解した丁寧な対応が求められます。
主な業務内容
イベント部門をサポートする一般的な事務業務全般
ショールーム来訪ゲストの対応およびイベント要望のヒアリング補助
イベントに関する各種資料作成サポート (提案書、見積書、契約書、バンケット・イベント・オーダー等)
問い合わせ受付後のゲスト対応およびフォローアップ (メニュー、ドリンク選定、追加リクエスト対応等)
社内外に向けたブランドイメージの認知・浸透を支える業務サポート
パンフレットや販促物などの資料収集および情報パッケージ作成
既存顧客との関係維持を目的としたコミュニケーションサポート
ショールーム見学、イベント準備・実施に関する補助業務
オフサイトケータリングや外部イベントに関するサポート (備品手配、関係部署との連携等)
関連システムへのデータ入力、確認、管理 (リード、コミッション、第三者情報等)
施設・サービスに関するゲストからの問い合わせ対応
電話・メールによるクライアント対応
関係部署と連携し、イベント運営が円滑に進むようサポート
Position Summery
As an Event Supervisor, you will support the Events team with daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth event preparation and execution.
This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and an understanding of luxury brand standards to assist in delivering outstanding event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the Events department
Assist with welcoming guests to the showroom and supporting the understanding of their event requirements
Support the preparation of event-related documentation (proposals, quotations, contracts, banquet & event orders, etc.)
Assist with guest communication and follow-up after inquiries are received (menu options, beverage selections, additional requests)
Support brand image and brand awareness through daily event-related operations
Collect marketing materials and assist in creating information and promotional packages
Support relationship maintenance with existing clients
Assist with showroom visits and event preparation activities
Support off-site catering and external event operations as required
Enter, verify, and manage data in related systems (leads, commissions, third-party information, etc.)
Respond to guest inquiries regarding facilities and services
Communicate with clients via phone and email on a daily basis
Work closely with internal departments to support smooth event execution

Working Hours: Shift-based, 8 hours per day + 60-minute break
Days Off: 8–10 days per month (115 days annually)
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
Probation Period: 3 months
Expected Salary: JPY 400,000–500,000/month (determined based on experience and expectation)
Bonus: Equivalent to 4 months (paid semi-annually in June and December)

Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience
Japanese (Native or equivalent level)
