Role Summary:
The Assistant Manager Development Management Sales Force will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. This role involves overseeing the projects, managing the projects, and ensuring the platform meets the business needs efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices and have a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
Job Description:
Lead Salesforce projects in the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce to meet business needs.
Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce team members.
Monitor and manage Salesforce system performance, identifying and resolving issues.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure optimal usage.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members.
Liaise with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and support.
Prepare and present reports on Salesforce project status, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Skills & Experience (Must Have):
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.
Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration patterns.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus.
CI / CDC hands on experience . Git, SFDC CLI, Confluence.
Language skill : Japanese ( JLPT N2 level) and can manage discussions independently.
Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:
Hybrid Model, following Manulife’s Working Better guidelines.
Over time:
0-40 hours/month.
Salary:
Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.
Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.
Working Hours:
Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Include 1 hour break. Flex-time system available)
