職務内容
<ポジション名> Marketing Administrator(ENDO @ Tokyo)
自社製品(内視鏡等)の普及および円滑な事業運営を支えるため、営業部門と連携し、契約管理・受発注サポート・ドキュメント管理などのバックオフィス業務全般を担当いただきます。
業務は以下「S.O(セールスオペレーション)業務」と「製品関連業務」になります。
1.S.O(セールスオペレーション)業務
契約・支払管理:業務委託契約等の専用システム登録、各種支払申請の代行
読影サポート業務:読影依頼の受付・返却管理、読影医への依頼メール送付、出荷受付関連業務
営業管理データ整備:Excelを用いた営業管理表の作成・更新
部門間連携サポート:営業社員に代わる社内申請手続きの代行、代理店関連書類の整理・管理
2. 製品・サービス運用サポート
サブスクリプション管理:ソフトウェア更新時期のモニタリング、営業への更新リマインド通知、契約書作成
販促・資材管理: 販促資材や取扱説明書の増刷依頼・見積取得・発送管理、展示会等に向けた備品手配
情報発信・Web更新:医療機関検索サイトの更新管理、DailyWatch(情報共有)の配信

Education
- 高卒以上(学部・学科は問わない)
