Overview
A pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to Stellantis driving a variety of initiatives, and nurturing lasting relationships. A trusted advisor and go-to for all client needs, You will be leading the development of integrated marketing strategies and ensuring the flawless execution of multi-channel campaigns. This role demands a hands on leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellence at every level.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with client’s strategic goals
Lead client meetings, presenting insights, strategies, and campaign performance with confidence and clarity
Anticipate client needs, providing proactive recommendations and solutions
Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns and initiatives
Coordinate with creative and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating emerging technologies and practices into client solutions
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of account managers and executives, fostering professional growth
Create an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Manage account budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
Oversee the development and execution of high-quality campaign deliverables
Provide constructive feedback to internal teams, ensuring work meets client and agency standards
Maintain clarity on priorities, guiding teams to stay focused on what matters most while navigating changing dynamics.
Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in agency account management or client side (Automotive) role
Solid writing and speaking skills in English and Japanese
Proven expertise in managing large-scale, integrated campaigns across digital, ATL, and experiential
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
Ability to work under pressure, to prioritise, to multitask and to manage the process from start to finish
Exceptional client management and relationship-building abilities
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client objectives into actionable marketing plans
Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets
