Reyes Holdings Warehouse Operations Assistant in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our Warehouse Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receiving process, reconciling delivery documents, preparing received order reports, maintaining inventory reports, and handling supplier claims.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Manage the receipt of incoming shipments, ensuring that all deliveries are accurately logged and documented.
Reconcile delivery documents with internal records to ensure accuracy.
Provide a summary of all suppliers received during the shift.
Assist with processing orders, producing and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking.
Collect and prepare information for various operational reports, including receiving processes, inventory reports and Trailer Control.
File and manage supplier claims for damaged goods, incorrect shipments, and discrepancies.
Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely reimbursement or replacement of products.
Interact with internal and external customers
Ensure Receiving process is executed according to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
Data Entry
Other projects or duties as assigned
Other responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Assist other warehouse staff as needed to ensure efficient operation.
Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Valid PR driver’s license
High School diploma
6 months prior warehouse forklift experience.
6 months of related experience (i.e. working in a distribution warehouse environment, grocery dock, construction or other positions which require heavy lifting in multi-temperature environment)
Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product
Forklift certification is required or obtained immediately upon hire
Ability to work flexible work schedule (e.g., night shift, weekends and holidays) in a 24/7 distribution center environment
This position must pass post offer drug test
