Your role at Clorox:

Join our Team! As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be a critical partner in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient recruitment operations. You’ll support the end‑to‑end hiring process, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless and engaging experience from interview scheduling through pre‑boarding.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, travel logistics, and other recruitment support activities.

  • Provide post‑offer support, including pre‑employment screening and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Manage and track background checks, ensuring timely completion and escalation when needed.

  • Maintain and update all pre‑hire statuses in Workday Recruiting.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to confirm new hire start dates.

  • Ensure timely I‑9 completion through the I‑9 Service Center.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve recruiting processes.

What we look for:

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR (TA Coordinator, TA Specialist, Recruiting Analyst, or similar roles).

  • 2+ years working with ATS and global recruiting workflows (Workday experience is a plus!).

  • 2+ years of experience supporting background check processes; experience working with U.S. hiring processes is considered a strong plus.

  • Genuine passion for talent acquisition and providing outstanding hiring manager and candidate experiences.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.

  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and oral).

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Workplace type:

Hybrid - 1 day in the office, 4 days working from home
