Your role at Clorox:

En Clorox buscamos un(a) KAE con fuerte enfoque comercial y ejecución en campo, responsable de desarrollar y acelerar el crecimiento de nuestras categorías en el canal de Mayoreo.

Este rol será clave para gestionar cuentas estratégicas, ejecutar planes comerciales y maximizar el desempeño de nuestras marcas, asegurando una ejecución impecable en punto de venta y una sólida gestión de cartera, volumen y precios.

In this role, you will:

Ejecución Comercial & Gestión de Clientes

  • Planear y ejecutar visitas a clientes clave, liderando negociaciones de volumen, cartera y planes comerciales

  • Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes estratégicos, de desarrollo y fundamentales

  • Dar seguimiento a resultados y desempeño en coordinación con el equipo regional

Trade Marketing & Ejecución en Punto de Venta

  • Implementar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de iniciativas de mercadeo alineadas a objetivos AMPS

  • Gestionar actividades en punto de venta para maximizar visibilidad, rotación y crecimiento de marca

Planeación Estratégica (JBP / CBP)

  • Desarrollar e implementar planes de negocio para clientes clave ( JBP/CBP )

  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en volumen, cartera y desarrollo de categorías

Gestión de Recursos & Pricing

  • Administrar eficientemente recursos FFI, asegurando retorno de inversión y cumplimiento de políticas

  • Liderar la ejecución de la estrategia de precios en el canal, manteniendo competitividad en el mercado

Análisis de Mercado & Performance

  • Analizar tendencias de mercado, competencia y estructura de clientes para identificar oportunidades

  • Gestionar indicadores (KPIs) y reportes para dar visibilidad clara del desempeño de la zona

What we look for:

Experiencia & Conocimientos

  • +5 años de experiencia en ventas en consumo masivo , idealmente en canal mayoreo/distribuidores

  • Experiencia manejando cuentas clave como Zorro (Excluyente no haberla manejado), Scorpion (PCZ), Casa Vargas u otras similares

  • Conocimiento del canal IT y dinámicas comerciales

  • Manejo de herramientas y análisis de información (Nielsen, ISCAM, AMPS)

  • Conocimiento de SAP, Essbase y Microsoft Office

Habilidades Clave

  • Fuerte capacidad de negociación e influencia

  • Pensamiento analítico y toma de decisiones basada en datos

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales

  • Alta capacidad de planeación, ejecución y seguimiento

  • Adaptabilidad y enfoque a resultados en entornos dinámicos

Educación

  • Licenciatura en áreas comerciales, administrativas o experiencia equivalente
