We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Administrative Assistant. This hybrid position is in Titusville, NJ. This position requires working in the Titusville, NJ office three days per week and working from home two days per week.

The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be a member of the US Neuroscience Marketing team, providing support to the Vice President of Marketing and to the Sr. Director of Business Development. The position requires an experienced administrative professional who can effectively manage multiple tasks and managers simultaneously in a fast paced rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities:
General Administrative support for the VP of Marketing and Sr. Director of Business Development
Manage complex calendars
Travel Coordination / Expense Reports (book all travel and process expense reports)
Event Planning - support for all internal and external meetings including locations, rooms, room set up, food, technology
Assist with Franchise LT meetings / Gather agenda topics and track follow ups
Workday - extensive knowledge of Workday for creating/backfilling roles within the marketing teams
Work with NS Sr. Project analyst to ensure POs are submitted and processed
Help onboard / offboard all marketing employees
Process all Organization Announcements following Communication guidelines
Engage in routine and complex document preparation and file management
Exercise independent judgment in establishing and proactively revising priorities within assigned responsibilities
Plan and organize team building events (lunches, activities, socials, milestone events)
Prepare and handle confidential correspondence
Proactively stay informed of company policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to the functioning of the department and provide guidance of applicable staff with relevant reminders of upcoming events and projected related deadlines.
Provide excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred
A minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior-level executives in administrative roles is required
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Advanced skill level in MS Office including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Must maintain high level of confidentiality, integrity and discretion
Must be able to multi-task and work with rapidly changing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$52,500.00 - $84,525.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
