ManpowerGroup Production Technician in Tipton, Indiana
Our client, a leading organization in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the production support team, supporting various seasonal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, safety consciousness, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Tipton, IN
Pay Range:$19.50-$20.50
Shift:Must be open to all shifts
What's the Job?
Support seasonal seed production activities, including inspection, packaging, and inventory management
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow safety protocols and participate in team meetings
Assist with housekeeping responsibilities and environmental safety measures
What's Needed?
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environmental environments
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and rotational shifts
Basic knowledge of production plant operations and safety procedures
Background and drug test required.
