CNB Wagner Enterprises, LLC CDL Instructors Full Time and Part Time in Tionesta, Pennsylvania
CNB Wagner Enterprise is looking to hire experienced, PART TIME / Full Time CDL Instructors for both locations at 727 Rt. 36 Tionesta PA and at 776 Greenville Rd Mercer PA
Qualifications-
A valid PA driver's license
Clean 10 yr MVR (specifically no DUI)
CDL driving experience of at least 2 years
Valid CDL /or If your CDL is lapsed but you have previous experience we will help get your CDL current
Give 3 non-related references that WILL be contacted prior to interview
You must be willing to and be able to pass:
A drug test and be entered into our drug pool as well as submit to a FMCSA clearing house full query.
Act 34 State police criminal records check
Act 33 child abuse history clearance
Act 114 federal criminal history record check
Responsibilities/Expectations-
Include but are not limited to, instructing drivers in all entry level driver requirements and test preparation, pre/post trip, backing maneuvers, shifting, driving, safety, as well as general daily driving. Instructors will need to complete required paperwork. Instructors are expected to be flexible, patient, able to work with a team of coworkers and students, explain and instruct clearly, able to follow instructions, able to work individually, be self-motivated, be willing to follow rules precisely, have good communication skills, be able to accept correction, be respectful, personable, and outgoing. Instructors are the image of our company so we expect that you preform and behave as such at all times.
