We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Experience Associate (CEA) to support customers through order management, email communication, and issue resolution. This role is heavily email-based and requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities
Process customer order requests and respond to customer emails (50–100+ per day)
Enter customer orders and requests accurately into ERP and CRM systems
Answer customer questions regarding shipping, product availability, and pricing
Research customer inquiries using internal systems to provide accurate, timely solutions
Create and manage cases related to customer issues and exceptions
Coordinate across internal teams (fulfillment, operations, inventory, etc.) to resolve customer needs
Communicate directly with customers through multiple channels to ensure transparency and satisfaction
Provide order status updates and exception management throughout the fulfillment process
Deliver proactive solutions and a frictionless customer experience
Handle both internal and external customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
2+ years of customer service experience in a product-based company or KPI-driven role
(No scripted call center environments)
Order entry experience in an ERP system
Strong email-based customer communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
General computer proficiency
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
Claims or order issue processing experience
CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Inbound phone experience (50+ call volume)
Microsoft Excel experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tinley Park, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
