Light travel to/from customer job sites. Job sites are located in Adams, Douglas, Jefferson, Larimer, and Weld
counties.
Position Duties: Perform temporary and full-time job duties as follows: landscape or maintain grounds of
properties using hand or power tools or other landscaping equipment. Workers may perform a variety of tasks,
which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging,
raking, mulching, aerating, weeding and sprinkler installation. Operate vehicles and other equipment such as
mowers, leaf blowers, chain saws, clippers, shears, sod cutters, pruning saws, shovels, rakes, saws, hedge,
brush trimmers and axes. Maintain and repair tools and equipment.
Rate of Pay: $22.08/hour + DOE (The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the
US Dept of Labor.)
Hours per Week: 40 (OT is possible, to be paid at $33.12/hour + DOE)
Criminal background check required.
Start Date: 05/1/2026
End Date: 10/31/2026
Work hours: 7AM -- 4PM. Work week is Monday -- Friday. Work schedule may include holidays.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid every two weeks by check. All
deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
No min experience, education or training is required. On-the-job training is provided.
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be
provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, by check separate from payroll, if the worker completes half the
employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is
dismissed early by the employer. In other words, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the
employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of
work by check separate from payroll. Upon completion of the work contract period, or where the employee is
dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker reasonable cost of return transportation and
subsistence back home or the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not
return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or
reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with
receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each
12-week period of the total employment period. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa,
visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding
passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to
perform the job.
