IBM Senior Mendix Developer with React in Timi?oara, Romania

Your role and responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy advanced web applications using the Mendix platform
Lead technical design discussions and define application architecture
Translate complex business requirements into scalable Mendix solutions
Build and optimize responsive web UIs using Mendix and front-end technologies
Develop reusable modules, components, and best practices
Integrate Mendix applications with external systems (REST, SOAP, OData, databases)
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD and automated deployments
Required technical and professional expertise
4+ years of hands-on experience with the Mendix platform, focused on web applications
Strong expertise in microflows, nanoflows, domain modeling, and Mendix architecture
Advanced knowledge of responsive web design and Mendix Atlas UI
Solid experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
Solid experience with ReactJS, NodeJS or similar
Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs and external services
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Deep understanding of application performance tuning and debugging
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred technical and professional experience
Mendix certifications (Rapid Developer, Intermediate with Advanced Developer or Expert level preferred)
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or similar) in Mendix context
Familiarity with Mendix Data Hub and OData services
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Mendix Cloud)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Experience with containerization
Strong understanding of web security best practices (OAuth2, SSO, SAML, JWT)
Experience in enterprise-scale application development
