Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Developer for Microsoft Modern Workplace, you will design, develop, migrate, and maintain collaboration solutions using the Microsoft 365 suite of products. You will utilize your expertise in Microsoft collaboration framework to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Collaboration Solutions: Design, develop, migrate, and maintain collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 suite of products, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Office365, Teams, and M365 Copilot. • Support Technical Architecture: Support technical architecture development and maintenance of the M365 applications, including requirements gathering and developing appropriate solutions. • Ensure Seamless Integration: Utilize expertise in Microsoft collaboration framework to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 products and services. • Deliver Solution Requirements: Gather requirements and develop appropriate solutions for M365 applications.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Microsoft 365 Suite Expertise: Experience with designing, developing, migrating, and maintaining collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 suite of products, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Office365, and Teams. • Microsoft Collaboration Framework Knowledge: Exposure to Microsoft collaboration framework to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 products and services. • Technical Architecture Development: Experience with supporting technical architecture development and maintenance of M365 applications, including requirements gathering and developing appropriate solutions. • M365 Copilot Understanding: Basic understanding of M365 Copilot and its integration with Microsoft 365 suite of products. • Solution Requirements Gathering: Experience with gathering requirements and developing appropriate solutions for M365 applications.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Microsoft Power Automate Knowledge: Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for automating workflows and business processes within Microsoft 365 suite of products. • Microsoft Graph API Familiarity: Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API for integrating Microsoft 365 products and services.
