Why This Role Matters

In this role, you will help create a smooth and reliable experience for customers by coordinating key supply chain activities and ensuring clear, consistent communication. As a central point of contact, you will connect customers with internal teams, supporting collaboration and contributing to a responsive and well-organized operation. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will play an important part in maintaining quality, strengthening relationships, and continuously improving the way we work together.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates on orders, deliveries, and shipments

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain processes, including order handling, invoicing, and after-sales support

• Work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence

• Support forecasting activities and contribute to improving demand accuracy

• Ensure compliance with customs, invoicing, and internal process standards

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in projects and audits

What You'll Bring

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management / MBO or HBO level

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or a similar role

• Very good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Dutch, German, or French are a plus

• Understanding of supply chain processes, with knowledge of Incoterms, VAT, or letters of credit considered an asset

• Confidence working with IT tools (Microsoft Office, SAP or other ERP systems)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach

• A structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn and grow in an international environment
