What You’ll Be Doing
Job Responsibilities：
Support Incidents by providing qualified solutions within targeted SLA;
Communicate with end users to understand actual needs and propose solutions;
Sharing knowledge with other team members;
SAP customization in system;
Specify and document changes and updates to existing developments with minor supervision;
Work cross-functionally in collaboration with other team members.
What We're Looking For
Job Requirements：
Undergraduate or postgraduate students graduating in 2027.
Good communication skills.
Good English skills, both written and spoken, and be able to have basic oral communication.
Reliable and result oriented.
Have systematic and good analytical skills.
Willing to learn new knowledge and team player.
