工作职责：
按生产计划要求，安排本班员工的生产任务，带头按质按量完成任务； 负责质量和物料问题汇报； 负责现场管理，设备日常点检的确认； 负责本班员工的安全及质量培训管理； 组织本班员工对作业现场进行整理、清扫； 负责本班员工的调配、考核及考勤工作； 完成生产主管安排的其他工作。
汇报关系： 向生产主管直接汇报。
任职要求：
具备机械行业基本安全意识；
5年以上工作经验；
2年以上班长或其他管理岗位经验；
独立操作设备能力；
有5S的基本知识及设备维护保养意识；
能够熟练使用Mapic 和 JDE的操作系统；
具有较强的部门内和部门间的沟通能力。
优先资格：
具备装配，喷涂，焊接等工艺相关经验； 有叉车操作经验者。
