生产工艺实习生
Manufacturing Engineering Intern
职位描述：
- 产线平衡与瓶颈分析。
协助进行生产线现场录像拍摄，记录各工序操作流程及工时数据；
使用视频分析工具识别瓶颈工序，协助工艺工程师优化产线平衡，提效降本。
- 工艺改善项目支持。
整理生产数据、制作分析报告，参与工艺改进方案的讨论与实施；
跟踪改善措施效果，反馈数据支持后续优化。
- 数字化与数据分析。
运用Excel、Python等工具处理生产数据，完成可视化图表及报表输出。
参与数字化工具（如MES、BI系统）的测试与应用，推动数据驱动决策。
技能和经验要求：
1． 自动化、控制工程，机械自动化、机电、计算机及相关专业；
2． 硕士研究生学历和学位；
3． 对生产工艺、流程优化有浓厚兴趣；
4． 熟练使用计算机办公软件，了解Python/SQL等数据分析工具；
5． 具有良好的沟通协调以及分析处理问题的能力；
6． 逻辑思维清晰，具有良好的团队精神和团队协作能力；
7． 良好的英语听说读写能力
8． 工作认真负责，严谨细致，能适应生产现场环境，具备快速学习能力。
