Dollar Tree Store Manager Trainee in Thurmont, Maryland

A Dollar Tree Store Manager drives store profitability, leads team development, and manages daily operations, including inventory, merchandising, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily opening/closing procedures, inventory, stock replenishment, and security.

  • Merchandising & Sales: Implement corporate merchandising, maintain high signage/display standards, and boost store profit.

  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates to create a service-focused culture.

  • Customer Experience: Deliver a positive, safe, and clean shopping environment for customers.

  • Administrative Tasks: Handle payroll, scheduling, and cash management.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous retail management experience is generally required.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
