Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong analytics background to support data‑driven decision making across the organization. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define problems, translate business needs into data requirements, and deliver actionable, data‑driven solutions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, autonomous, and brings foundational Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance knowledge.
Pay Range - 53-55/hr

• Ability to convert analysis to data-driven solutions
