Insight Global Bank Card Claims Associate in Three Chopt, Virginia

Job Description

Insight Global's client is hiring Bank Card Claims Associates to support customers filing claims related to bank card benefits. In this fully remote role, the Bank Card Claims Associate will review, investigate, and resolve claims tied to credit and debit card coverage while delivering a high level of customer care. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail‑oriented, empathetic, and comfortable handling claims in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment

Day to Day:

Review and process bank card–related claims in accordance with policy guidelines and service standards

Determine eligibility, coverage, and reimbursement amounts based on benefit terms

Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding claim status, required documentation, and final determinations

Request and evaluate supporting documentation (receipts, statements, police reports, etc.)

Accurately document claim activity within Allianz systems

Escalate complex or questionable claims as needed

Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks while delivering excellent customer service

Skills and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ years experience in claims processing, banking, customer service, or insurance

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology platforms
