ManpowerGroup Quality Control Technician in Thousand Oaks, California
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a Final Control Quality Inspector - 1st Shift to join their team. As a Final Control Quality Inspector - 1st Shift, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Final Control Quality Inspector - 1st Shift
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Pay Range: $28-$32hr
Shift: 1st Shift
What's the Job?
Conduct quality control operations on finished products according to customer requirements and quality management system standards
Identify, record, and report any unfavorable quality trends or risk conditions in products or processes
Notify supervisors of any deviations from established quality standards
Correct and document all quality issues when non-conformities are detected
Assist with necessary tests for products or processes to initiate production and support process audits
What's Needed?
Relevant work experience or knowledge of quality control roles
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
Self-accountability to achieve goals and maintain standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
