Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assemblers
Location: Newbury Park, CA
Pay Range: $20-$22hr.
May have to train on the 1st shift at $20hr before working on the 2nd shift
Shift: 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm)
Desired Skills:
• Experience within an Aerospace company
• Insulation/Manual coil winding/MCS coil winding experience (any type of experience cutting small wires, taping, and most importantly having steady hands)
• Light Soldering/Solder Hook-Up experience
• Testing experience (aerospace) automatic/manual
What's the Job?
Perform product assembly, inspection, and testing to ensure quality standards are met
Operate equipment and tools efficiently to meet production schedules
Identify and troubleshoot issues during production, seeking guidance when necessary
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes
Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S procedures
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required
Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
Ability to read and understand written instructions and communicate effectively
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work sitting or standing as required
Consistent and punctual attendance, with flexibility for shifts and overtime
