Now, we’re looking for a Warehouse Associate who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and be a critical part of our success._What You’ll DoYou’ll help keep our operation running smoothly by taking on a variety of hands-on responsibilities, including:•Picking & Packing Orders: Accurately select, label, and prepare products for shipment•Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify incoming deliveries, and organize outgoing shipments•Inventory Support: Stock shelves, manage bin locations, and assist with inventory counts•Facility Maintenance: Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized•Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates to ensure orders are filled correctly and on time_What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for dependable, motivated team players who are comfortable with physical work and enjoy being part of a hardworking team.Essential Qualifications:•Reliable, energetic, and strong work ethic•Ability to bend, reach, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs•Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift•Detail-oriented with good organizational skills•Basic math and communication skills; able to read and write in English•Able to work independently and as part of a team•Forklift experience is a plus — or willingness to learnPreferred (Not Required):•Warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience•Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks or forklifts•Basic familiarity with computers or inventory systems_Why Join MESCO?At Marine Equipment & Supply Company, you’re not just taking a job — you’re building a career with a company that has over a century of stability and growth.
