Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will be an integral part of the packaging lines and machinery operations. You will work on dip or dressing lines, packaging lids, bowls, and bottles, ensuring product quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor packaging and filling lines.
Inspect products and ensure product flow on lines.
Check labels and unjam lines as needed.
Assist with changeovers and manage different product lines.
Lift boxes onto pallets and wrap them securely.
Verify and print orders using computers.
Utilize EPJS and RF Scanners effectively.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of experience with packaging lines.
2+ years of manufacturing experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Proficiency in machine operation and general production tasks.
Strong computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in foods or chemicals is preferred.
Familiarity with inspections and staging.
Comfortable with steel-toed boots.

Work Environment
Work in a normal, temperature-controlled production floor with a team of around 110 people. The facility operates on a three-shift schedule, featuring highly automated machinery and a pleasant work atmosphere.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
