Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000 / Annually dependent on experience.

With more than 40 years of award-winning industrial construction experience, we're seeking a driven and capable Project Manager III to lead large-scale or highly complex industrial projects exceeding $10 million. With full responsibility for financial performance, risk management, team leadership, and client satisfaction, this role requires deep industry knowledge and proven expertise.
As our PM III, you'll serve as a senior leader on multi-disciplinary industrial construction programs, driving operational excellence and mentoring the next generation of construction leaders.

What You'll Do
· Lead planning, execution, financial performance, and closeout of large or complex industrial projects.
· Drive ICM's industry-leading safety culture with unwavering commitment.
· Oversee full project controls including scheduling, cost management, procurement, and logistics.
· Direct subcontractor and vendor performance, ensuring quality and contractual compliance.
· Serve as primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and repeat-business outcomes.
· Provide leadership and mentorship to PM I, PM II, and engineering teams.
· Conduct high-level cost analysis, cash-flow forecasting, and earned-value performance tracking.
· Approve change orders, cost updates, and major scope decisions.
· Resolve complex technical, contractual, and logistical challenges.
· Represent ICM in executive-level meetings with clients and partners.

Estimating & Change Management
· Lead estimating strategy and cost development for complex scopes.
· Prepare, review, and negotiate large-scale estimates in WinEst.
· Review and approve RFCs and cost changes in ComputerEase.
Contract Review & Risk Management
· Independently evaluate contract terms, risk, insurance, and bonding.
· Identify and escalate risk factors to executive leadership.
· Participate in high-level client and subcontractor contract negotiations.
· Provide leadership on complex contract clauses (indemnification, retention, taxability, etc.).

What You'll Bring
· Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 7+ years of industrial project management experience leading large or multi-phase projects.
· Skills & Attributes: Mastery of industrial construction methods, cost control, and scheduling. Advanced project leadership expertise. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Primavera P6, WinEst, ComputerEase, and Microsoft Office Suite.
