Three Brothers Concrete, located at 8150 Steele Street Thornton CO 80229 (ph:(720)872-0443) is seeking 2 full-time temporary General
Laborers (Yard) to start work April 1, 2026 and end December 23, 2026, with DUTIES INCLUDING MAINTAINING YARD IN A SAFE AND
ORGANIZED MANNER, SECURING ALL MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT, PICKING MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT ORDERS, LOADING AND
OFFLOADING ORDER ONTO TRUCK AND /OR TRAILER, DELIVERING TRUCK LOADS TO JOB SITES, CUTTING JOINTS FOR BOTH
CURED AND GREEN CONCRETE USING DRY CUTTING, WET CUTTING, AND SOFT CUTTING METHODS. WORK IS EXPECTED TO BE
LESS SKILLED AND REQUIRES LESS EXPERIENCE THAN CONCRETE-BASED POSITIONS WITHIN THE COMPANY. No experience
required, and applicants can expect up to 1 month of training. All equipment and materials provided at no charge to the workers.
Employees must pass a drug test prior to employment and is paid for by Employer. Employer expects a Monday - Friday schedule from
7:00am - 4:00 pm, but due to the nature of work, days/times may vary due to factors such as weather. Work will be conducted in the following
counties: Adams, Morgan, Denver, Broomfield, Jefferson, El Paso, Douglas, Arapahoe, Weld, Boulder, Adams, and Larimer counties. Standard
pay will between $23.57 and $28.00 w/ overtime between $35.36 and $42.00 if applicable. Pay will be issued at
least once every two weeks, typically on Friday by the end of the work day, and
The Employer will make all deduction paychecks that are required by law, and will also make reasonable deductions for housing expenses,
including a pro rata rate of monthly rental cost, utility cost, and security deposit cost (that will be reimbursed upon departure if returned to the
employer by landlord. The employer will provide this option to applicants, and the exact amount of the deduction will be dependent on the total
number of employees splitting the rental payment, as this could be a shared living arrangement between multiple employees and deductions
will be reasonable. Employer will reimburse within the first week of employment all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related
fees, as mandated, and not exceeding mandated reimbursements. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will
reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier,
employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker
originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of
transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
