Hiring CNC Operators - Thornton, CO
This position is ideal for a skilled CNC Lathe/Mill Operator who can run CNC equipment independently, complete setups, and consistently produce high‑precision parts. You’ll work with tight tolerances, interpret blueprints, and ensure quality through hands‑on inspection.
Pay: $20–$24/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Description:
Operate CNC lathes and mills with minimal supervision
Perform machine setups and adjust tooling as needed
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Load and unload parts on pre‑programmed machines
Cut raw material using a manual bandsaw
Deburr finished parts to meet quality standards
Conduct inspections using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills/Qualifications:
1+ year of CNC machine operation experience
Ability to read blueprints and perform basic setups
Proven ability to hold tight tolerances
Inspection experience using calipers, micrometers, and CMM
Steel‑toe boots required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
