Immediate Start
What You’ll Do
Operate CNC lathes and mills with minimal supervision
Perform machine setups and make tooling adjustments
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Load/unload parts on pre‑programmed machines
Cut raw material using a manual bandsaw
Deburr and finish parts to meet quality standards
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of CNC machine operation experience
Ability to read blueprints and perform basic setups
Proven ability to hold tight tolerances
Inspection experience with calipers, micrometers, and CMM
Steel‑toe boots required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
