The Clark Fork Valley Elks Lodge is seeking a reliable and experienced Cook to join our team. - Key Responsibilities: - Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes quickly and efficiently. - Order Management: Work directly from customer orders, ensuring that all items are prepared and served in a timely manner. - Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking surfaces and equipment. - Inventory Management: Order and stock kitchen supplies, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and available for use. - Customer Interaction: Occasionally take customer orders and serve food, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. - Required Skills and Qualifications - Culinary Skills: Proficiency in cooking techniques, including grilling, frying, and baking. - Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and interact with customers. - Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. - Hours: Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm- Salary based on experience.
