  • Full-time position with consistent 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM schedule

What You'll Do

  • Operate and maintain floor care equipment including buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, and extractors

  • Perform floor cleaning duties such as stripping, waxing, buffing, polishing, and carpet care

  • Maintain clean, sanitary, and aseptic environments throughout patient and public areas

  • Follow infection prevention and safety protocols at all times

  • Respond to routine and urgent cleaning needs, including spills and high-traffic areas

  • Dispose of waste and transport materials in accordance with hospital guidelines

  • Maintain equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns

  • Work in active, occupied areas while maintaining professionalism and minimizing disruption

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors

What We're Looking For

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED, required

    Experience:

  • Previous experience operating floor cleaning machinery, highly preferred

    Skills & Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English with patients and staff (required)

  • Physical ability to safely operate floor care equipment and perform hands-on tasks

  • Ability to work in areas that remain open and occupied by patients, visitors, and team members

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment

  • Team-oriented with a positive, service-focused attitude
