What you'll do...
Required Skills & Experience
ServiceNow Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, especially CMDB, Incident, Change, Request, and Asset tables.
Strong experience with Flow Designer, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Scripted REST APIs.
Hands-on experience configuring MID Servers and managing integrations (can be optional)
Proven ability to rebuild or modernize workflows from legacy ITSM platforms.
Data & CMDB Expertise
Expertise in data mapping, normalization, reconciliation, and relationship modeling.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB.
Experience handling large-scale data migrations with high data quality standards.
ITSM & Process Knowledge
Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow. (very important)
Experience with Service Catalog, Request Management, and Knowledge Management.
Ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
Integration Skills
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
Knowledge of authentication and security best practices.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and monitoring tools.

Owns the core migration logic, scripting, and platform configuration.
Ensures clean, accurate, and reliable CMDB and ITSM data.
Bridges business requirements and technical implementation.
Maintains integration continuity during and after migration.
What you'll bring to the team...
Education:
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM, CIS – CMDB, or Architect-level certifications).
Exposure to Discovery, Service Mapping, or CSDM.
Wanting to learn more, curious, comfortable working with strict timelines
Work Experience:
5 years minimum related work experience
