In this role, your patients will be critically ill or unstable following extensive injury, surgery, or life threatening diseases. Labor and Delivery Nurse Role:
Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity setting
Proven ability to think and react quickly in critical situations
Proficiency with laboring mothers

Six shifts per month which includes 2 weekend shifts. One summer and 1 winter holiday per year.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Of Science Nursing (24 month grace period) and At least one (1) year of RN experience
Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire and
Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days
Preferred Qualifications:
Two or more years of RN experience on a L&D unit
Where You'll Work
The Woodlands Hospital a primary and secondary care hospital serving North Harris and Montgomery counties. Clinical services include cardiovascular services, diagnostic imaging, women’s services (digital mammography and bone density studies), neurosciences, pediatric care (Newborn and Level II nurseries) and surgery, pathology and pulmonary services, and sleep disorders. Clinical affiliations include The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center’s Radiation Treatment Center, and Texas Children’s Hospital.
