Job description

The Group Career Development & Talent Tools Manager is accountable for the design, governance and effectiveness of career development tools and programs across the Group.

The role ensures the access to consistent, high-quality development levers (e.g. coaching, mentoring, 360° feedback, internal talent marketplace), aligned with Group talent strategy and leadership pipelines.

Key Interfaces :

This role acts as the Group reference and integrator for career development solutions, working in close partnership with Group Talent Development Managers, Learning/Corporate University, HRIS and HR communities in countries and companies.

Key Accountabilities :

  1. Career Development Tools Ownership & Governance

Own and govern Group-wide career development tools (coaching, mentoring, 360° feedback, career frameworks). Define standards, eligibility criteria and governance rules, ensuring consistency, fairness and scalability across countries and companies.

  1. Coaching & Mentoring Strategy

· Define the Group coaching and mentoring strategy aligned with leadership pipelines.

· Select and manage external providers (in coordination with Purchasing).

· Build and animate internal mentoring Group programs.

  1. Leadership Training Governance

Govern selection processes for Group leadership programs, ensuring robust criteria, appropriate nominations and alignment with pipeline maturity and development intent. Partner with Talent Development Managers and training providers to ensure program relevance, selectivity and strategic impact.

  1. Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Define KPIs and success metrics for career development tools and leadership programs. Leverage data, feedback and external benchmarks to continuously enhance effectiveness and impact.

  1. Contribution to Group Talent Strategy

Contribute to the evolution of Group Talent and Career Development strategy, driving best-in-class and forward-looking development practices.

Candidate skills & requirements

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning or Career Development.

· Proven experience in:

  • Designing and deploying career development tools

  • Coaching and/or mentoring programs at scale

  • leadership programs and executive / pre-executive development pathways

· Experience in a large, international organization (industrial or matrix environment preferred).

· Experience working at Group / corporate level.

Skills & Competencies

· Career Development Expertise and solid knowledge of Career development models, Coaching and mentoring practices

· Ability to design structured, scalable development solutions.

· Understanding of leadership development journeys

· Ability to define clear, fair and consistent selection criteria for leadership programs across functions and countries.

· Understanding of HRIS and digital talent tools.

· Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects.

· Solid relationship and communication skills.

· Systems thinker with a sense of structure and governance

· Pragmatic and solution-oriented

· Continuous improvement mindset

Languages & Mobility :

· Fluent English (written and spoken) and a working knowledge of French is mandatory

· International exposure or experience is a plus
