Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17.50 - $17.50 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Production Operator :
Operate production lines, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimal product quality
Accurately record hourly readings and all necessary process information, ensuring meticulous documentation
Perform minor maintenance tasks to maintain line efficiency and minimize downtime
Prepare and pack out finished products for shipment, ensuring they are ready for delivery
Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift, promoting a safe and efficient workplace
Safely load and offload materials using a forklift, contributing to efficient material handling
Provide coverage and support to other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Proven Forklift Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred
Basic Computer Skills: Some familiarity with computers to assist with record keeping and potential system interaction
Excellent Time Management Skills and Adaptability: Ability to manage your time effectively and adapt to changing production needs in a fast-paced environment
Strong Attention toDetail and Problem-Solving Skills: Ensuring accuracy in production and effectively troubleshooting issues when they arise
Clear Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and following procedures
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable Transportation: Hold a valid driver's license and have dependable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts
Commitment to Safety: Must be clean-shaven daily for mandatory respirator use
