Lead Client Service Representative (CSR)
Pay: $24–$28/hour

Position Summary:
The Lead CSR coordinates and oversees front office operations and team members to ensure an efficient workflow and a welcoming, professional experience for clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and schedule front office team; provide feedback, training, and performance evaluations
Oversee daily front desk operations, including phones, scheduling, check-in/out, records, and financial transactions
Ensure excellent client service by greeting clients, addressing concerns, and maintaining clear communication on wait times and care
Act as liaison between clients, medical staff, and leadership
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
Maintain inventory, supplies, and front office organization
Assist with staff meetings, workflow improvements, and protocol implementation
Educate clients on basic pet care and services; provide and explain estimates
Qualifications:
1–3+ years of customer service experience (veterinary/medical preferred)
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to handle financial transactions accurately
Working Conditions & Requirements:
Full-time, including weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in a high-energy setting
Frequent interaction with clients and pets; must be comfortable handling animals
