Stryker Warehouse Supervisor in Tempe, Arizona
What you will do-
Lead day-to-day packaging, finished goods warehouse, and shipping operations to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time product flow
Supervise and develop a team of 20+ employees, including performance management, coaching, scheduling, timekeeping, and time-off approvals
Drive operational performance across packaging, warehousing, and shipping by monitoring key metrics such as productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipment
Coordinate order fulfillment activities including inventory movement, picking, consolidation, labeling, final packaging, staging, and carrier handoff
Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, and Logistics to remove constraints, resolve issues, and support business delivery commitments
Identify and implement process improvements and labor optimization initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and workflow efficiency
Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, and EHS requirements, including training, safe work practices, and environmental standards
Provide regular operational updates to leadership while supporting staffing, capacity planning, and escalation management in a fast-paced environment
What you need-
Bachelor's degree or 6 tears of experience in lieu of a degree - required
2 years of experience - required
SAP, MRP or ERP system related experience - preferred
