2. Assist with establishing and maintaining testing standards, governance processes, documentation protocols, and traceability frameworks aligned to SDLC best practices.
3. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure requirements are testable, acceptance criteria are clearly defined, and defect management processes are disciplined and transparent.
4. Oversee test planning, resource coordination, and risk-based testing approaches across implementations and production enhancements.
5. Monitor testing effectiveness through metrics such as defect leakage, cycle time, test coverage, and release quality indicators.
6. Support go-live readiness assessments and ensure quality validation prior to production deployments.
Quality & Process Improvement Oversight
7. Lead structured quality improvement initiatives focused on operational performance, service level adherence, and process optimization.
8. Develop and maintain quality dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs, performance guarantees, and service level agreements (as applicable in government programs).
9. Participate in or lead the facilitation of root cause analyses and corrective action planning for production issues, performance misses, or client-reported concerns.
10. Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure quality commitments are measurable, defensible, and continuously improved.
11. Implement process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma principles, or equivalent structured frameworks) to reduce rework, defects, and inefficiencies.
12. Support internal and external audit readiness by ensuring documentation, controls, and evidence artifacts are organized and complete.
Governance & Cross-Functional Leadership
13. Serve as a quality advisor to implementation and operational leadership, identifying systemic risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
14. Promote a culture of accountability, documentation discipline, and continuous improvement across both technical and operational teams.
15. Contribute to the development of reusable testing frameworks, quality templates, and standard operating procedures to improve scalability across programs
