We’re searching for a hands-on Production Leader who thrives on accountability, improvement, and developing people. This role can be filled at either the Supervisor or Manager level , depending on experience, and offers a unique opportunity to shape operations at a growing manufacturing facility during a transformational period.

What You’ll Do
As a key leader on the manufacturing floor, you’ll own daily operations and drive results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost .
Operational Leadership
Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to consistently meet production targets, delivery commitments, and quality standards
Plan, manage, and adjust production schedules based on demand, labor availability, equipment capacity, and material flow
Monitor performance metrics and proactively implement corrective actions to keep operations on track
Continuous Improvement & Lean Excellence
Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Identify inefficiencies and lead data-driven process improvements that drive cost reduction and productivity gains
Ensure standard work is followed, sustained, and continuously improved
People Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop Production Leads and hourly production employees
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, engagement, and teamwork
Support hiring, onboarding, training, employee development, and performance management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other support teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes
Serve as a strong communicator between leadership and the production floor
Systems & Execution
Utilize ERP and production tracking systems to manage workflows, labor, and operational metrics
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and procedural requirements

Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or GED required; technical, engineering, or related degree preferred
Experience in electronics, high-tech, or regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
ERP system experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools preferred

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
