Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Production Leader to oversee manufacturing operations at our Tempe, AZ facility. This role may be filled at either the Manager or Supervisor level, depending on experience. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day production activities, champion Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
Responsibilities
Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
Champion and sustain Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Plan and adjust production schedules based on workload, labor, equipment capacity, and demand.
Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
Lead, coach, and develop Production Leads and production employees.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and support functions.
Ensure adherence to standard work, procedures, quality, and safety requirements.
Utilize ERP and production tracking systems to monitor operations and metrics.
Drive cost control and efficiency improvements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of Supervisor or Manager experience
High School Diploma or GED required; technical or engineering degree preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing environment; electronics or high-tech preferred.
Previous leadership experience in a production or operations setting.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
ERP system experience and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
