About the Role
Genuine Machine Productsis seeking an experiencedMill Machinist (Level 2/3)to join our night shift team. In this role, youll produce high-quality precision parts that meet strict industry and customer standards. What Youll Do
- OperateCNC milling machinesin accordance with company procedures and safety standards
- Read and interpretblueprints, travelers, and technical instructions
- Load and unload materials and finished parts efficiently
- Performbasic machine setupsand communicate tooling requirements
- Measure, inspect, and document production and quality data
- Maintain aclean and organized work areaand complete required documentation
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
Experience & Education
- 5+ yearsof CNC Mill operation and setup experience
- High school diploma or GED
Skills & Knowledge
- Intermediate understanding ofmachine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
- Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Technical Proficiency
- Equipment troubleshooting
- CNC tooling
- CNC programming
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to50 lbs
- Comfortable working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust
